Jose is the founder, managing member and broker of Citrus Ridge Real Estate, LLC. He has been serving clients in commercial real estate since 2003. For over a decade, Jose has focused his career in the representation of clients in the acquisition and disposition of vacant land tracts, land management, site selection, entitlements, development and construction management. In addition to being a licensed broker, Jose has been a member of the Florida Bar, since 2003. As an attorney, Jose has tailored his experience in transactional real estate law, serving clients in closings, contracts, leases, land use and tax challenges. Jose also served as the president of a site development corporation with over three hundred employees.
